Pack a picnic and join us for a night of Polo, ponies and prizes.
All funds raised will benefit Indiana Hands & Voices and used to support Indiana families of Deaf/Hard of Hearing children.

Admission includes:
A DJ, Pony Races, an Airplane Candy Drop, an amazing Silent Auction and a night of fun for your whole family

Pony Race Sponsor

Our Kids Pony Race Sponsor will help fund the cost of the ponies used in the races during a break in play. Our Kids Race will be run by grade, with up to 4 different races for children in preschool, elementary, middle school and junior high school. We even host Adults races!

As a Pony Race Sponsor, your business name will be announced prior to the kids race, your company logo will appear on sponsor signage at the Polo event and your logo will appear on the IN Hands & Voices Polo Webpage.

Kids Zone Sponsor

Our Kids Zone will feature airbrush tattoos and a variety of outdoor games (Giant Jenga, Bean Bag Toss, etc,) for kids to enjoy during the Polo event. As a sponsor of the Kids Zone, your organization will have exclusive signage in the area, as well as help cover the cost of drinks and goodie bags for the kids.

Premier Event Sponsors will support ongoing educational training and advocacy programs for families of children with hearing loss throughout Indiana.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Earn volunteer hours for your school, club or organization while helping support children with hearing loss!

We need volunteers to help with the pre-event setup (tables, tents, chairs), event activities (selling concessions, collecting admissions, helping direct parking, etc) and event tear-down (stacking chairs, packing tents, etc).

All volunteers will be provided with free admission to the Polo Match.
